The company state their success is down to the wonderful sailing characteristics of each of their yachts along with the fact that their vessels can be relied upon for many years. The brand name has been responsible for numerous innovations which include the design of lighter materials which was then used in the hull construction for their luxury yachts.

While the company names might have changed in 2009 to a stock company with the moniker of Abeking & Rasmussen, Schiffs und Yachterft, very little else has changed and the values of the company when it comes to designing yachts remains the same.
