Blackmore's Night is the fantasy art inspired folk- rock band that was formed by legendary guitarist Ritchie Blackmore along with his wife Candice Night. They have just released their latest album entitled Autumn Sky which went straight to number one in the Billboard New Age charts putting Ritchie firmly back on the art scene.

The career of Ritchie Blackmore spans over more than three decades with his previous bands and now his new musical art form reaches across the globe with a new genre of Ren and Rock music. The lyrics to this new artistic album have been written by the award winning songwriter Candice Night and have been inspired by many things; from nature to myths and fairy tales and encounters on their luxury travels all over the world.

Music is one of the greatest art forms on earth and the songs composed and arranged by Ritchie Blackmore have the essence of melodies from as early as the 1400 and 1500s, that is, before Ritchie turned them into works of art and reinvented them as melodies equally adored today.

The previous album of Blackmore's Night, Secret Voyage, debuted on the Billboard charts in the US at number 1, firmly ensuring a place in the world of art and music when it held onto that spot for four weeks in a row, and then remained amongst the top ten for 72 weeks. All of their past albums with lyrical paintings have achieved great success and the honor of being high in the charts along with attaining numerous gold records and the very best awards worldwide.

Depicted as true art, the albums have a unique sound all of their own. This individual sound combines the very best of modern day instruments such as keyboards, and guitars, with traditional renaissance instruments along with the incredibly visual and emotional lyrics and the ethereal vocals of Candice which are an art in themselves. The band is known for putting on spectacular shows when performing their art live. Their shows often take place at luxury castles and beautiful historical venues throughout Europe.
