The impressive structure features a total gross floor area of 328,204 square meters. Located on a 50,000 square meter plot in the central Beijing it has a unique and strikingly dynamic fluid form with a monumental presence along the East 2nd Ring Road of Beijing.

The Galaxy SOHO complex basically consists of five independent towers connected by bridges. However, the radical design is entirely devoid of any sharp corners and seems to flow smoothly and fluidly. Each of these concrete volumes is wrapped in insulate aluminium panels that heightens that seamless organic feel. Worked into the structure are several quiet and private courtyards both inside and outside, they are small touch borrowed from traditional Chinese architecture.

The first three floors are entirely devoted to retail and entertainment functions while piled on above are the various office areas. At the very top of the structure visitors can enjoy several different bar, cafe and restaurant venues while at the same time admiring some of the most impressive views in the city.

Potential customers interested in purchasing or leasing offices have a wide range to choose from. The offices vary in size from 100 - 300 square meters though each one benefits from the amazing design details of the structure. Every office benefits from natural lighting through the oval atrium corridor. Making the work environment significantly more relaxing and easy to work in. Ergonomic lighting found throughout the building adds a soft dynamic edge to the environment. The top offices also have the added benefit of both indoor and outdoor areas.
