Gary Danko is an award winning chef in an award winning 75 seat restaurant in the heart of San Francisco in the USA. The chef is the epitome of sophisticated and contemporary cuisine of the very best.

The restaurant has been designed to match the vision of Dankos perfect room and meal. Danko explained that a great establishment does not happen overnight, it is a constant work in progress which he continually hones to perfection. Danko has added a handsome cheese case to the establishment allowing diners to view the expansive cheese service and selections of artisanal cheeses on offer.

The menu of the restaurant centers on seasonal dishes which are prepared with under a watchful eye. Cooking at the restaurant is not cutting edge but it is of the very best. Signature dishes include roast lobster, foie gras and lamb loin. The cellar of the establishment is ever expanding and holds around 1,500 of the very best luxury wines along with a selection of grand vintages and coveted wines from some of the smaller producers.

The establishment now offers a tea service featuring exclusive teas from the Rishi Tea Company. Premium quality leaves which have been carefully brewed at precise temperatures and for precise times are served including rare teas. The Danko restaurant experience stretches beyond San Francisco as Danko has purchased property in the Napa Valley to grow produce and herbs to be used in the restaurant to ensure much greater control over the ingredients used.
