Fashion House Devi Kroell started business in New York in 2004 when the Classic Hobo bag was launched and celebrities and press embraced the brand. In 2006 Devi Kroell expanded into footwear and the Council of fashion Designers of America awarded the brand with the Swarovski Perry Ellis Award for Accessory Design.

Devi Kroell unveiled the showroom and atelier in New York City on Fifth Avenue in 2008 and the following year opened a Flagship fashion store on the New York City Madison Avenue, one of the most prestigious streets in the city. This was followed by store openings in Las Vegas Nevada at the Caesars Forum Shops in 2009 and in East Hampton on New Yorks Main Street in 2010.

In July of 2011 in New York Devi Kroell introduced many new exciting handbag designs and shapes for day and evening, along with presenting luxury offerings in some of the very best classic handbag collections. This maintained their dedication to fashion and some of the most precious materials. The fall fashion collection includes the use of materials such as alligator, mink, fox and Rex Fur along with semi precious stones and python in a rich luxury color palette of hazelnut, plum and anthracite. Expertly crafted techniques were used including the boding of the fox and Rex Fur on the Classic Hobo yield, giving spectacular multi toned wave effects. The new collection saw matte high quality python treated with a wax finish. The collections are a mixture of the sophisticated and functional designs of New York mixed with some of the very best Italian craftsmanship. The collection provides an innovative approach to what has been called understated luxury with a modern edge. Some of the new fashion handbags include the Gramercy. This took inspiration from the Classic Hobo. The Gramercy handbag has been crafted exquisitely and is available in three of the very best options including matte python, metallic python and mink and python. The handbag is very soft and fits the body perfectly. It has clean lines and is elegant while being simple and accented with a handle of chain with a tassel which provides the fashion accessory with a modern look and feel.

The Downtown Clutch handbag is one of the newest interpretations of the classic Beluga handbag. It maintains a rounded ultra soft shape and has the well known structured frame that symbolizes the signature of the fashion House, with the addition of modern details. The handbag has an external mirror and ring closure and is available in two different sizes and in mink with degrade python or just degrade python.

Finally the house of Devi Kroell introduced the latest in fashion shoes with the active lifestyle of New York women in mind. New boot styles were unveiled in mink, fox fur, sea snake and python. These were designed with mid heel heights for comfort.
